30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or replacement if you or your furry companion are not completely satisfied.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in good physical condition and in its original packaging (where possible).
Items that arrive defective, broken, or incorrect are eligible for an instant free replacement or full refund without the hassle of shipping the item back.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our dedicated support team at support@drobipets.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation (or photo, if damaged).
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Once approved, you will be issued a return authorization along with the designated return facility address.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received or approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
The funds will be credited automatically back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
