SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DrobiPets. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Standard Shipping to the contiguous United States. 

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 5 - 10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated and displayed at checkout (or Free Shipping if applicable).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics carriers, customs, or weather events.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking system may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
DrobiPets is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence so we can assist you.
